Solutions

Solutions for colleges, universities and the teams that run admissions

Colleges, universities and graduate, international and online programs all handle inquiries that need an owner, a reply and a next step. higheredcrm.ai runs that work with clear rules and owners: one platform, configured around your offices and campuses, with routing and roles your team can read.

By role

For the people who choose and sign off a CRM.

Enrollment leaders and IT reviewers sit on every selection committee. Each has a page with the screens and answers their sign-off depends on.

Counselors and marketers work in the product every day. See the counselor workspace for a counselor's day, and higher education marketing automation for campaigns, segments and attribution.

Same platform, configured for you.

Every solution uses the same lead record, the same conversations inbox and the same workflow automation. Configuration is what makes it yours.

Configurable stages

Your stages, your fields, your rules.

A graduate school might add Interview and Offer Sent; a community college might keep a short path from inquiry to enrolled. Each funnel stage gets its own color, and every record keeps its full communication and audit history.
  • Lead and application stages you define
  • Custom fields, including cascading dropdowns and field groups
  • Assignment strategies from round robin to zone-based
  • Roles with per-page permissions for each team

Questions about our solutions

Is there a separate product for each type of institution?

No. Every page here describes the same higheredcrm.ai platform, with every feature included. What changes is the configuration: stages, custom fields, assignment rules, roles, workflows and dashboards for each office and team.

Are roles, single sign-on, campuses and routing only for large universities?

No. Custom roles, OpenID Connect single sign-on, MFA, the campus hierarchy and assignment rules come with every account, whether your admissions office has five users or five hundred.

Can undergraduate, graduate and international offices share one account?

Yes. Each office can be a team with its own counselors, targets and dashboard, and assignment rules send each inquiry to the right team by source, region, stage or priority. Leadership sees the combined funnel.

Who maintains stages, routing and roles after launch?

Administrators, from the settings screens and without code. A common setup gives this to an admissions operations lead, with IT owning single sign-on and API keys.

How should an evaluation start?

Read the page for your institution type, then share the IT page and the scorecard and RFP kit with the people who review security and procurement. In a demo we set the product up with your own stages and channels.
